Welcome to my Website!

It is an honor to represent the citizens of Cecil County in the Maryland House of Delegates and to work with citizens on legislation, constituent concerns and community issues. The citizens of Cecil County deserve quality legislative leadership, an independent voice in Annapolis that can work with both sides of the aisle for the betterment of our state and county. As your state delegate that has been my commitment and remains my promise.

As an individual who has committed my life to our county and our citizens, especially children, I know that our great historic traditions of community, service, religion and family have laid the foundation for our future - a future bright with opportunities so that our children can grow up safe, go to college and return to our community to work and raise a family, and that our senior citizens can live a quality life in their own community.

I hope you will find the information and links on my website useful and informative.

Sincerely,

David Rudolph
